Dear Diary,
During seriously long trips going to places like Japan: strapped in a paper thin seat, hurtling through the air at god knows how fast and how far off the ground in a battered up metal tank…. I pray.
I pray that soon technology will find a better and faster way to travel long distances. Efficiency is not applied in the most critical places.
Two things that I wish for is the medical scanner and the transporter from Star Trek. Painless operations and travel, that’s all I ask for.
Here’s to hoping that soon people will get to their destinations in one piece, every molecule and atom in the right order and right place.
Till then, it’s back to hurtling through the skies in a metal tank, strapped to a flimsy paper thin chair.
